Mediation > Who Are The Mediators?
We use a panel of two to three mediators, all of whom have been trained by East Bay Community Mediation (EBCM), a nonprofit program in operation for 22 years. Our mediators represent a wide range of ages, ethnic groups, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, life experiences, and who speak several languages. On the panel, one to two mediators will be students, and at least one will be a senior member of EBCM.
